What information do I need ?

• For chains, please give us the type, application, material, loading strength or marking number on the plate. If the chain has attachments, specify the type and location on chains. In the case of specialty, give us your piece of sample or the picture and diamentions of the sample.

• For belts, you will need the belt Series number, style, material, color, width, and length. If the belt has flights, you will need the flight style, height, spacing, indent distance from edge, and notching requirements (if any). If it has sideguards, you will need to tell us the height. If you need special abrasion resistant rods, we will need to know that too.

• For sprockets, you will need the Series number, pitch diameter (or number of teeth), bore shape (round or square), and bore size. If your are ordering a one piece molded sprocket, we will need to know the type of material (acetal in most instances; urethane for abrasion resistance; polypropylene for acid resistance). If you are ordering a split sprocket, we will need to know the type (plastic or steel).
